- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆i am to be a caregiver for my fatherinlaw but the process is taking so long. He became eligilbe as of 10/19/12 with the pda waiver program, the area of agency has deemed him eligible for services but because of a new program being implemented by the state for payment we have not been able to get anything else done. his case manager has said that it will take 3-4 weeks more. our process started in September I do not have papers from them that i need to sign. my father in law is 98. if the seniors are prioity, why is the program taking so long to implement? I am told that once i receive the papers and return them that payment will start. but no papers. We live in Westmoreland countyBy darlene moore, November 25, 2016
