- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Katie was helpful to me and had some fee reimbursed to me that was supposed to be for an overdrawn account. Wasn't super excited about the fact that I got charged that in the first place since the account that was supposedly used by me wasn't or at least not with my explicit permission and I was charged twice for the supposed transaction. I feel like they just make these charges up sometime and it is aggravating. But I'm glad Katie had that reimbursed. $72 is a lot of money to just vanish. Katie gets 3.5 stars, pnc banking system gets 0.5 (I'm being generous here with the 0.5 stars!)By Sheila Api, April 22, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We recently became a customer of PNC and they have been sitting on over $100,000 of our cash in their merchant services division for over a month! This is our money! They keep asking for more financial information, we keep providing it over and over. We are now in a cash flow emergency! Multiple calls to the PNC folks in charge of our account to no avail.
